These terms govern your use of boltzcreations.com and your purchase of digital products offered by Boltz Creations, LLC ("we," "us," or "Boltz Creations"). Questions: Andrew@boltzcreations.com.
We sell digital download products (primarily PDF guides and related worksheets). Purchases are processed and delivered by Gumroad, Inc. Delivery is typically instant after successful payment. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files.
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own professional or personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or claim authorship of our materials. You may adapt prompts for your own client work. You may not sell the prompt packs as your own product.
Our guides are educational workflow tools. They are not legal, tax, lending, insurance, real estate brokerage, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for verifying every draft against your brokerage, lender, carrier, agency, and applicable law before you send or publish anything.
14-day trust refund. If a download was not useful, email Andrew@boltzcreations.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email. We will refund it.
If the file will not open, email us first. We will fix the file or refund if we cannot get you a working copy.
After 14 days, change-of-mind refunds are not covered. Please read the product details before buying. Gumroad or Etsy rules may still apply in some cases.
This policy covers digital products from Boltz Creations, LLC sold through our site links, Gumroad, and Etsy.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms service, or use our content to violate law or third-party rights. We may update pages, prices, and product details without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boltz Creations, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
